Stadium regulations

Preliminary provisions:

  1. Town Stadium at Kolejowa Street 161 in Nowy Targ is a part of the Town Sports and Recreation Center in Nowy Targ (hereinafter referred to as MCSiR).
  2. Before using the facility, it is required to become aware of the regulations as well as all the manuals of the appliances that are available. Entering is tantamount to accepting the provisions.
  3. It is required to book reservations in advance through our personnel/service, through phone (18 263 47 28) or in MCSiR’s office.
  4. On the stadium there are available:
    • a football pitch with artificial surfacing
    • a polyurethane running track
    • facilities for track and field (fields for long & high jump)
  5. In the facility, it is prohibited to ignite fire, smoke, consume alcohol, chew gum, litter, bring glass and metal containers.
  6. The service of the facility can control all sporting activities and, in case of any flaws, forbid the further using of the facility and demand leaving it.
  7. Trainings for school or sports groups may take place only in the presence of a teacher (an instructor, a trainer).
  8. The one who conducts trainings and a guardian of the group bears the responsibility for safety and the proper behavior of those using the facility.
  9. The organizer bears the responsibility for safety during the competition, match or sporting events.
  10. Those using the facility are obliged to maintain tidiness and order, to observe OHS and fire regulations and to carry out orders given by the personnel of the facility.
  11. Before the start of the training it is required to report any fees or defects to the personnel/service, as well as time and the way of using the facility.

Football field with artificial surfacing:

  1. A football field with artificial surfacing is not the area of public use. Those, who made a reservation and paid fees according to the valid price list, have priority in using the field.
  2. A football field is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for those, who made reservations.
  3. MCSIR in Nowy Targ reserves the right to make the field available to a few groups simultaneously, provided that events do not interfere with each other.
  4. To use the field, you must have proper sportswear and footwear, i.e. footwear with small studs of plastic or footwear for indoor sports.
  5. It is required to use the field according to its designation in such way that would prevent danger for others using the facility. Those using the facility bear the responsibility for their own safety.
  6. On the field, it is prohibited to:
    • use football shoes with high metal studs and spikes,
    • bring in, enter and use any vehicles, e.g. bicycles, motorbicycles, skateboards, rollerblades etc.
    • introduce the animals
    • devastate or damage sporting equipment and playing surface,
    • climb on the fence or sporting equipment,
    • interfere the activities or games,
    • cause a disturbance and to use swearwords,
    • use the field without the approval of the personnel of the facility.

Polyurethane running track:

  1. The running track is of public use. Those, who made a reservation and paid fees according to the valid price list, have priority in using the track. Other entities may use it only when it is not booked.
  2. It is possible to use the track daily from 8 a.m. to the dusk. It is possible to use it later only after switching the training lighting for a fee according to the valid price list.
  3. MCSIR in Nowy Targ reserves the right to make the track available to a few groups simultaneously, provided that the activities do not interfere with each other.
  4. To use the track, you must have a proper sports- and footwear, i.e. footwear without spikes and flat-soled shoes adapted to running.
  5. Using the track for nordic walking training is allowed only with walking poles, the boltheads of which are shielded with rubber pads.
  6. Using the track, during a training/competition that takes place on the main playing surface, is possible only after obtaining approval from the personnel of the facility. Entering the track without getting the approval from the personnel or from the arranger of the training/competition is treated as the breach of the provisions of these regulations.
  7. During the training/competition that takes place on the main playing surface with the artificial grass, those using the track must take special precautions to avoid any accidents. To that end, it is requested to use the track in the point designated by the personnel or the arranger of the training/competition.

Multifunctional playground with polyurethane surfacing

  1. The multi-use games area is of public use. Those, who made a reservation, have priority in using it.
  2. You may use the multi-use games area daily from 8 a.m. to the dusk. It is possible to use it later only after switching the training lighting for a fee according to the valid price list.
  3. To use the multi-use games area, you must have a proper sports- and footwear, i.e. footwear without spikes and flat-soled shoes adapted to this type of surfacing.

Track and field equipment (fields for high & long jump, water jump)

  1. Other equipment mentioned in these regulations is not available to individuals. It may only be used by those, who made a reservation and are entitled to use the appliances (a trainer, a track and field instructor or a PE teacher).
  2. The lawless use of track and field equipment might lead to serious injuries or even disablement.

Sporting event/ match/ sparring matches

  1. All people that are in the facility are obliged to follow the instructions of the organizer of the sporting event and in case of intervention those of police, State Fire Service, border patrol or MP officers.
  2. All people entering the facility may be the subject to examination aimed at searching their luggage and clothes. Those, who refuse to do that, will not be granted access to the facility.
  3. On days of sporting events, the facility is not available to unauthorized persons until the start of the event.
  4. Any trade, gastronomical, service and artistic activities, incl. broadcasts, TV & radio coverage, filming and taking pictures, might take place only after obtaining approval from the organizer of the event on terms provided by him. These restrictions do not apply to activities that are conducted by the Police within the scope of their official duties.
  5. It is prohibited to bring in and to own at the facility:
    • guns, ammunition and any other dangerous objects that may pose a threat to life and health of people or property,
    • explosives and pyrotechnic articles,
    • liquid or food containers made of hard materials,
    • alcohol, drugs and psychoactive substances,
    • umbrellas with sharp edges,
    • any materials that contain/have racist, political, xenophobic or vulgar content,
    • containers for spraying gas, corrosives or coloring substances,
    • trumpets, vuvuzelas or any instruments with power or electronic drive,
    • laser pointers,
    • advertising materials except for those approved by the arranger of the event or by MCSiR in Nowy Targ
  6. It is prohibited to:
    • stay at the facility if a person is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychotropic substances or any other substances with the similar influence,
    • stay at places that are not designed for public or to enter into places and rooms, where access is granted only to specialist services or to the representatives of the arranger of the event,
    • throw object that may pose a threat to life and health of the persons at the facility
    • proclaim and to display any slogans that are obscene, vulgar and racist; to call for arguments of ethnic, religious, social background, etc.,
    • pollute or to litter the facility,
    • ignite fire,
    • use the appliances at the facility not according to their intended use,
    • enter with animals, except for guide dogs,
    • place banners, flags or any other objects in such way that would lead to limited visibility of other participants of the event or that would cause reduced visibility of advertising aids or that would block fire exits.
  7. The arranger of the event or MCSiR in Nowy Targ reserves the right to claim damages for detriments done at the facility, including damage to reputation and image.

Final provisions:

  1. MCSiR in Nowy Targ reserves the right to reserve or to exclude use of particular areas of the facility. It does not constitute the basis for reduction in the price or for the refund.
  2. MCSiR in Nowy Targ can cancel a training, a sparring or a match after informing the concerned earlier.
  3. Children under 13 may enter the facility for training only accompanied by a trainer/instructor or an adult legal guardian.
  4. At the facility, it is prohibited to consume or to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs, to smoke, to enter animals, to ride a bicycle, rollerblades, etc.
  5. The facility is under video surveillance.
  6. It is prohibited for an individual or a non-workerto stay at the facility after opening hours.
  7. MCSiR in Nowy Targ does not bear the responsibility for unfortunate accidents or bodily injuries developed while using the facility.
  8. MCSiR in Nowy Targ does not bear the responsibility for abandoned property/belongings, especially valuable goods or documents that were lost at the facility or stolen.
  9. Those who commit nuisance while using the facility (or, in case of minors – their parents or guardians) remain financially liable for damages developed.
  10. Those, who violate the public order, the provisions of these regulations or those who do not abide by the personnel’s or emergency services’ orders may be taken away from the facility.
  11. Any remarks and motions shall be aimed at the personnel service or the manager of MCSiR in Nowy Targ.
